We want you to love your Poolside Paradiso pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return for a refund.
Returns will only be accepted on items within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in the original condition.
All items must be, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a refund and place a new order. To fast track this process, we recommend placing a new order for the size/style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a refund return request for your initial purchase.
Sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned for either exchange, credit or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
To submit a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 24-48hrs.
Return postage costs are at the customer expense.
